1. Shipping Information

We currently ship within the United States & Canada only. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 4–8 business days depending on your location.

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.


2. How Do I Track My Order

Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with your tracking link. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or contact us.


3. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll replace it or refund you.


4. Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders can be canceled or updated within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be processing.
